i enjoyed that the rooms were clean with modern decor as well as a beautiful bedroom. it was marvellous and good to local food shops. the host was always available.

I had a fantastic stay at Penhale Holiday Flats! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The hosts were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the recliner sofa and the added convenience of parking. I highly recommend this accommodation.

While the decor was lovely, I would have preferred more comfortable armchairs in the living area. Additionally, the shower could have been more powerful and it would have been nice to have a sofa.

They had kitchenette, prepared our dinners there. Having a roll-in shower was great. Had everything we needed, would recommend.

The place is just off Eastbourne Pier and town centre bars, eateries, the sea front and SHOPS. They provide a shower and bath sheets in the washroom.

Had the pleasure of enjoying the delightful ambience of a waterproof-covered mattress. Wonderful location, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the sea. The hosts were the epitome of niceness. Cons: I didn't get to binge-watch Netflix on their grainy TV. Too bad!

As a former resident of this charming establishment, I couldn't resist returning to Penhale. The sympathetic conversion retained the original features, like the cherubs in the hallway. The spotlessly clean and spacious flat provided the perfect quiet retreat, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Off-street parking was a huge bonus. The friendly hosts, who also own Simply Patisserie, offered a discount on their delicious cakes. Plus, the location near the beach was ideal for exploring. Can recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The conversion of this property from a childhood home to holiday flats has been done sympathetically, preserving many original features. The hallway is stunning, with beautiful angels in the architecture. The flat was spotlessly clean and spacious for two people. Off-street parking was a huge bonus. The hosts also own Simply Patisserie in town and offer a discount - their cakes are amazing and the salads are delicious.

I felt completely relaxed during my stay with no reason to complain.
